Other NHS campaigns

The NHS is in crisis. From Kendal to Kidderminster, campaigners have been protesting about NHS cuts...angry at government policies that are undermining services at a local level.

We believe the way forward is for the various local campaigns to work together and co-operate to form positive solutions to the crisis. We believe unity is strength. While there may well be issues of local concern that need fighting locally, the reality is that the larger problem from which local crises spring is a national one created by the short-sightedness of New Labour - therefore we promote the networking of campaigns to demonstrate our dissatisfaction at the way our NHS is being managed.

On this page we aim, in a small way, to "link" campaigns by providing links to the various websites. We also hope to increase awareness of the crisis as a problem on a national scale rather than a collection of campaigns expressing local grievances.
